This session will be an opportunity to get familiar with existing resources, practice skills, and collectively find solutions to challenges related to recruitment, retention, and team education. We will also discuss tactics to build a strong intellectual community around organizing and social justice within Engage and in the broader global health space.
All Community Building Leads are expected to participate. Team Coordinators and other PIH Engage members are welcome.

Saturday, August 8-10, 2026
Our 14th annual Training Institute will be held in Washington, DC, from Saturday, August 8 through Monday, August 10 (Hill Day!), 2026! Just as in past years, the Training Institute is open to all active Engagers, and required for all team leaders for the 2026-27 campaign year. The participation of all Team Coordinators is needed in order for each Engage team to maintain active status.
