Coming Soon - More red LED options
I have begun to source smaller red LEDs for use in some of the more recent slot cars where there is very little room for some of the LEDs that I am currently using.

I finally came up with what I think is a pretty slick way to get the guide deeper in the slot without having to use a bunch of spacers. I created add-on spacers that clip into the bottom of the chassis.
These are now available and will be included with all BC Front sections. They will come as 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm spacer depths. With the 2.0 mm spacer the bottom of the guide post hole is at the same level as the bottom of the rear chassis section.
Also, I have made some minor revisions to the axle height adjustment holes. These are much easier to use now without any pre-drilling required.
Two new rear chassis - both are for inline s-can motors, one for end bell drive, one for can end drive.
Motors are slightly inclined to allow for smooth pinion to crown gear mesh using standard straight cut crown gears.
Allows replacement of stock guide with standard screw guides. Also improves guide depth in the slot for better handling and electrical contact.
Uses 3/16" OD single-flanged bushings or bearings on the outside or inside of the axle mounts
Motor is angled for smooth gear mesh using 0 offset gears
Better Chassis Redesign
I changed the rear mount on the Better Chassis sidewinder rear section from a single mount to a tab with two mounting holes.
Provides better body float tuning
Easier when installing mounting posts
NB - these mounting holes do not line up with existing PCS32 rear mounting holes
