In order to be a great thrower, you must be able to understand and be great at learning on your own, in order to understand the movements. Above is a list of what is to be done at practice.
In season practice drills are to be done with a partner outside of the circle, and done prior to throwing.
Beginner throwers must start at the beginning and work their way up. This process could take a week or two or a season. Do not rush the process.
