As we explained at the outset, we do not claim to know all of the answers. Instead, our hope is that you’ll be inspired to collaborate with others to facilitate real and sustainable change in your teaching that also empowers children to pursue and share their inquiries with others.
Guided by Kouzes and Posner’s (2012) five practices of exemplary leadership and our experiences with hundreds of teachers and librarians at the University of Rhode Island's annual Summer Institute in Digital Literacy, we leave you with a few ideas for how to continue your own journey while also aiming to inspire others at your school.
