LA ASAMBLEA NACIONAL DECRETÁ:

Articulo 1. Esta ley tiene por objeto fortalecer el aprendizaje de niños y adolescente con discapacidad auditiva, reforzando el conocimiento de la lengua de señas en sus padres, guardianes, representantes legales y docentes, a fin de que estos sean un medio para que el estudiante logre mejorar su aprendizaje y, como consecuencia, su integración en la sociedad.

Articulo 2. Se crea el Programa Escuela de Reforzamiento en Lengua de Señas, en adelante el Programa, para la enseñanza y aprendizaje de estas, dirigidó a padres. guardianes y representantes legales de niños y adolescentes con discapacidad auditiva en edad escolar que estudien en centros educativos oficiales y particulares el país.

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY DECREES:

Article 1. This law aims to strengthen the learning of children and adolescents with hearing disabilities, reinforcing the knowledge of sign language in their parents, guardians, legal representatives and teachers, so that these are a way for the student to improve their learning and, as a consequence, their integration into society.

Article 2. The Program of Reinforcement School in Sign Language, from now on the Program, is created for the teaching and learning of these, directed to parents, guardians and legal representatives of children and adolescents with hearing disabilities of school age who study in official and private educational centers in the country.
