The Payette Public Library, in their 2016 report to the Idaho Commission for Libraries, lists:
The Armoral Tuttle Public Library does not provide access to e-books.
The Fruitland Community Library does not provide access to e-books.
The creation of the library district will allow more access to the consortia, and allow residents count-wide to access any of the material available. Other library districts of similar size average approximately 4,500 e-books available.
