Pre-departure information

Timeline:

• Once you've been accepted into the program by Illinois, your study abroad advisor will ask you to complete an application for the University of Pavia. 

• You will receive an email from noreply@unipv.it to confirm that your University of Pavia application is available.

• Register your account and complete the application following these instructions.

For this application, you will need:

1. A passport-style picture (electronic)

2. A scanned copy or photo of your passport

   • You can use the same picture you uploaded in the Passport Information questionnaire in your MyStudyAbroad portal.

3. The Social Insurance Number/Fiscal Code generated by the Universitaly portal.

4. Unofficial U of I Transcript

   • You can obtain a copy from your Self-Service Area

5. The list of courses you intend to take in Pavia 

   • You can use the same list you indicated in the Intended Plan of Study questionnaire in your MyStudyAbroad portal.
