Rooming & Occupancy Policy

Pricing is per person based on double occupancy. All advertised land prices assume two travelers sharing a room. If you’re traveling with a friend, list their full name during booking so we can room you together.

Roommate timeline (60 days). If you don’t have a roommate at booking, you may request to be paired with another solo Passport Babe. Pairing is not guaranteed. We aim to complete pairings no later than 60 days before departure. Non-Passport Babes (friends/family) may room with you as long as they complete the same booking steps and deadlines.

If pairing isn’t possible. If, before the 60-day mark, we cannot match you with a roommate, you may either (a) upgrade to single occupancy and pay the posted single supplement, or (b) cancel your land package subject to the vendor’s (Culture Holidays) cancellation policy. Prior to 60 days, your Passport Babes Experience remains 75% refundable (see policy below) if you choose to cancel.

After the 60-day mark. Once roommate assignments begin (typically around 60 days), your Passport Babes Experience becomes non-refundable because customized items and hosted arrangements are being produced/confirmed. Roommate changes after this point may incur hotel/vendor change fees.

Conduct & compatibility. We reserve the right to adjust rooming for safety, comfort, or operational needs. Guests are expected to be respectful roommates; repeated complaints or policy violations may result in reassignment at your expense and/or removal from hosted events.
