International Vendor Policy (Culture Holidays)

Passport Babes partners with vetted international suppliers to operate our land packages. For many of our international itineraries, the supplier is Culture Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. (“Culture Holidays”). When you book an international trip, your land services (hotels, ground transport, included tours) are delivered by the vendor and governed by their Terms & Conditions.

Binding terms. By booking, you acknowledge the vendor’s terms apply to your land package, including (but not limited to) pricing, surcharges and taxes; deposits; payments by credit card; cancellations/no-show/early departures; refunds; information required for booking; airfare disclaimers; scheduled departures & changes; passports/visas/health formalities; acceptance of risk; supplier liability; optional extras; limitation of liability; force majeure; local laws; applicable law and venue; and group harmony clauses.

Cancellation schedule & refunds. Culture Holidays currently applies the following cancellation schedule for land packages (subject to change; your confirmation governs):

• 120–61 days before arrival: 25% of the tour retained
  
  

• 60–31 days before arrival: 40% retained
  
  

• 30–7 days before arrival: 75% retained
  
  

• 6 days–72 hours/no show: 100% retained (no refund)
  Refund processing may take 2–4 weeks and may be reduced by banking/processing fees, per vendor policy.
  
  

Third-party responsibility. Passport Babes/Journeys Allure acts as your booking facilitator for vendor products. We do not control third-party suppliers and are not liable for their acts/omissions. All services are subject to the vendor’s contracts, tariffs, and international conventions.

Airfare note. International airfare is not included in the land price unless explicitly stated. When we coordinate air, airline terms and conditions apply. Schedules and aircraft types can change; the vendor and airline control those decisions.
