Passport Babes Experience Payment Policy

What it is. The Passport Babes Signature Experience elevates your base trip with a luxe Babes Only Bag (valued at $425+), a hosted group dinner (with themed looks, drinks & photo ops), a private group activity or night out with transportation, inter-hotel and event transfers, and on-site support & content capture—the soft-life touches that make the trip feel effortless and curated.

Amount & due date. The Experience is $350 + processing (= client total $362). It is due within 30 days of your initial deposit. If unpaid by the 30-day deadline, the card on file will be charged automatically to secure your hosted elements and custom items.

Refundability window. The Experience is 75% refundable up to 60 days before departure. After the 60-day point (or once custom items/hosted reservations are confirmed, whichever comes first), the Experience is non-refundable.

Contingency on full trip payment. Experience perks are delivered only if your land package and flights are fully paid and you arrive within the required group flight window. If you default on trip payments or arrive off-schedule, Experience elements may be forfeited without refund.

Chargebacks. Filing a credit card dispute after receiving Experience goods/services is prohibited. Disputed/chargeback amounts must be repaid in full along with any associated fees.
