Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits. Initial deposits collected by Passport Babes for your land trip are non-refundable:

• $100 tier deposit → client charge $104 (includes processing) — non-refundable
  
  

• $200 tier deposit → client charge $207 (includes processing) — non-refundable
  
  

Land package (vendor) refunds. Your land package is provided by our international vendor (currently Culture Holidays). All refunds/cancellations follow the vendor’s policy and timeline, which may include percentage penalties as departure approaches. As a reference, Culture Holidays’ current schedule states:

• 120–61 days prior: 25% of tour cost retained
  
  

• 60–31 days prior: 40% retained
  
  

• 30–7 days prior: 75% retained
  
  

• 6 days–72 hours/no show: 100% retained, no refund
  
  

These vendor terms may change; your confirmation will include the applicable version. Air/train tickets and peak-season exceptions may have stricter rules.

Passport Babes Experience refunds. As noted above, the Experience payment is 75% refundable up to 60 days before departure; non-refundable after that. If you cancel prior to roommate assignments (typically by the 60-day mark), your Experience follows this refund schedule. Once roommate assignments and custom items are in motion, the Experience is non-refundable.

Optional extras & missed services. No refunds are issued for unused services (meals, tours, transfers) that you choose to skip or miss due to personal schedule, late arrivals, or flight disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
