Official channel. All confirmations, invoices, payment links, policy updates, and roommate/flight notices will be sent to the email address you provided on your form. It’s your responsibility to monitor email and spam and keep your contact details current.
Timely responses. Many components (rooming, air windows, transfers, custom items) are time-sensitive. If we do not receive required forms, payments, or replies by stated deadlines, your participation may be canceled or adjusted according to the applicable vendor and Experience refund policies outlined above.
Passports & visas. You are responsible for maintaining a passport with 6+ months’ validity past the trip end date and for securing any visas/entry documents needed. Failure to obtain proper documents may result in denial of services with no refund.
