💕 How It Works: From Inquiry to Takeoff

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Click “I’m Ready to Book” on the trip page and fill out the short form.
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive your Booking Packet Email, which includes:
• Your Credit Card Authorization Form (to secure your spot)
• A Dropbox link to upload your passport photo page
• Your personalized next steps and important dates

Step 2: Pay Your Deposit

After you submit your authorization, your card is charged the non-refundable trip deposit (usually $104 or $207).
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive your personal payment link from our travel vendor to pay your remaining land balance directly.

Step 3: Pay Your Passport Babes Experience Fee

Within 30 days of your deposit, complete your $362 Passport Babes Experience payment (via Square).
This one-time payment includes:
• Your Babes-Only Bag (valued $400 +)
• A curated group dinner and private activity
• Group transportation to/from experiences
• On-site host support + soft-life surprises ✨

Step 4: Connect & Choose Your Roommate (or Be Assigned)

After your deposit and experience payment are complete, it’s time to connect and pair up!
Choose a roommate that fits your vibe, or bring a friend to share your room.
(Join the community or bring a friend — your choice 💕)
If you don’t have a roommate, one will be assigned from other Babes on the trip.
If a match isn’t available, you’ll simply pay the single-occupancy rate to secure your room.

Step 5: Flights & Final Prep

Airfare is not included, but all Babes fly together from Atlanta under a group bulk airfare for convenience, safety, and lower cost.
Once your land package is paid, you’ll receive the group flight details and pre-departure checklist.

Step 6: Let’s Jet & Live Soft

The adventure begins! Meet your Babes at the airport and let the curated magic start.
From private transfers and five-star stays to hosted dinners, photo moments, and down-to-earth community — every detail has been handled so you can travel beautifully, stress-free, and surrounded by good energy.
Expect luxury, laughter, and lifelong memories.
