To ask about future plans, we use:
Wh- + going to …?

Grammar tip: The present progressive may also be used here: What are you eating for dinner tonight?

Let's look at the future tense with will.
Here are some examples:
Where are you going to go on vacation? - France >>> Maybe I'll go to France.
We use will to talk about future plans that we are not sure about.
Here are some more examples:
What are you going to buy for Susan? >>>
I don't know, maybe I'll buy her a dress.
I think I'll buy her a blue one.
We often use maybe or I think with will:
Maybe/I think + will >>> Maybe I'll... I think I'll...
For negative sentences, we use:
Maybe I won't... — I don't think I'll...
