Recruitment

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world.

Engaging new members of the stakeholder community means dedicating time to listening to and learning from stakeholder stories, needs and requests. It is about identifying the needs of your stakeholder community and welcoming those who show interest and willingness to join your research journey.

Because it is important to establish some parameters of the project to enable stakeholder community members to self select in or out of participation, work collaboratively to plan engagement with a small multi-stakeholder team before beginning recruitment. This will enable you to have a better understanding of how to engage additional members of the community and continue to support their research and participation needs.
