Wicksteed Park

What's there

There is a big range of free play equipment at the park and it is suitable for all ages. There are interesting climbing frames and curvy slides. There is a range of swings and two zip wires. At this park there are also rides that you can pay for and a few animals to look at. There is an indoor play area as well as clip and climb. These also have to be paid for. However, we found there was enough to do without paying,

• There is plenty of parking which is payable before you leave.

• There are toilets

• There is a range of refreshment places.

• At Wicksteed Park there are also rides that need tickets/wristbands to use.

We like it because.....

It was big and had lots of different climbing equipment. My favourite thing was a big spiral slide which was fast. It had two long zip wires. it was tricky to get up but it was worth it for the fast ride.
