A large open space for ball games, a small enclosed toddler play area and a much larger area for older children. There is a large sand pit and water area including water wheel and archimedes screw. The play equipment includes a rope climbing frame, swinging hammock and zip wire. There is now a swing suitable for a child with physical disabilities. There is lots of more natural play equipment such as tree trunks, hills and rocks.
Parking available on surrounding streets (restrictions apply)
No toilets on site.
There is a co-op nearby.
There is a really big and fun climbing frame. It has some crows nests so you can climb up and sit in it. It has a zip wire between two hills. It is fast but it is hard to pull the seat up a hill. It has a plastic hammock which is fun to lie in but if it is sunny and you lie in it the sun gets in your eyes. If you have long hair it can get stuck in it.
I like the park because it has a zip wire and not many parks have them. I like the climbing frame because if you get tired you can have a rest in one of the crows nests. I also like the sand pit. I like to make a stream or a pond in it.
We love to play here but wish there were toilets so we could play all day. 9.5/10
