Riverside park is a big, open space. There is a lake which has swans and there is a miniature railway. There are two parts of the park to play in- one by the main car park and the other a little walk across the park. There are lots of different climbing frames and a huge sand pit with a digger. The play equipment is suitable for young and older children.
There is a large car park (pay and display)
There is a cafe.
There are toilets in the car park.
My favourite piece of equipment was the one where you hang on and you spin around. My other favourite was this turn table that was tilted so that when walk on it it turns the other way which is so fun. There is also a miniature railway where you go through bits of the park you're not allowed to walk in.
We would give this park 6.5/10. We think it needs more challenging equipment for older children. It is nice for younger ones.
