Our family's time in Oman and at ABA - an IB World School has taught me a lot about myself as an educator and about what I want for my family. I've realized how important a sense of community really is to me, and worked hard to create it for myself and my family within ABA and Muscat. I've learned to stand up for students' rights to read widely and diversely in a country that does not encourage it. I've been honored to work with an amazing administrator I admire and feel supported and championed by consistently, which has encouraged me to try new things and start new initiatives.
