Good time management allows me and my team to work smarter, not harder, ensuring that they get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high. Ex. managing several projects at a time is crucual to define specific timing for each activity.

accountability: I take responsibilities for my actions and outcomes. I do not shift blame to others but owns my decisions and mistakes, learning from them to improve future performance.
Getting things done: Reaching defined goals means for me that I am doing a good job so it is important, expecially when you start a new project, being able to understand stakeholeders needs and getting things done making words concrete actions.

Mentoring: I love sharing my experiences and knowledge by guiding perople helping mentees grow by setting a good example and providing feedback and encouragement. Ex. I have mentored several persons about communty management, public speaking, personal growth and event organization.
Conflict Resolution: I am able resolving a dispute or a conflict by meeting at least some of each side's needs and addressing their interests. Conflict resolution skills are essential for maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.
Continous learning and knowledge is foundamental for me to be updated in several fields and have the possibility to connect information and be more efficient in my projects.
growth mindset: I am sure that everyone's abilities and intelligence can be developed just through dedication and hard work. We are the only limit of ourself and my journey shows this mindset. If I am not able to grow, nothing make sense to me.

attention to details: I have been a perfectionist for a long time but I have managed the worst part of this characteristic and kept the best part. I don't feel stuck any more when things are not perfect, I just go on if what I do is valuable and meaningful following the 80/20 rule (Pareto principle) but I always keep an eye on details that make the difference.
