Effective, empathetic, and non-violent communication is the basis of everything for me. It fosters mutual understanding and respect, bridging differences and preventing conflicts. This approach enables individuals to express their needs and feelings clearly and respectfully, enhancing relationships and facilitating constructive dialogue.
Sharing, comparaison, meeting new people and making connection are the biggest values that make me stick in this amazing world made of people. The sense of belonging and support, fostering shared values and cooperation among members, recognizing diversity and creating an inclusive and accessible environnement bring to a collective growth, enriching both individual lives and society as a whole.
Passion is fundamental in all endeavors because it fuels perseverance and creativity, driving individuals to surpass challenges and innovate. This intense enthusiasm enhances engagement and satisfaction, leading to exceptional outcomes and personal fulfillment.
Growth is crucial for me because it drives continuous improvement and adaptation, enabling me to evolve and meet the ever-changing demands of the world. Embracing growth fosters resilience, opens new opportunities, and enhances capabilities for future success.
Feedback is one of the tools that I use to grow. Living in an evironnement where feedbacks are seen as gift and a tool to grow starting from practical examples and sharing actionable suggestions they give me the possibility to evolve personal and professional. Feedbacks create a loop of continuous improvement, enabling individuals and teams to refine their skills, strategies, and work quality.
Empathy is one of our biggest power as human being. It foster deeper connections and understanding between individuals, creating a more compassionate and supportive environment. It enables us to see the world from others' perspectives, leading to more effective communication and stronger relationships.
I am one of the most curious people in the world, I love learning new things, discovering fields that are not in my bubble and expand my knowledge. This allows me to create new connections between ideas, exploring new possibilities, develop lateral thinking and criticism.
PantaRei for me is a mantra that guides me constantly, every day, in every choice, in every moment I live.
"Everything flows," said Heraclitus.
Everything is constantly evolving, everything is changing, everything is becoming.
We cannot oppose change, it is inherent in the being of things, it is the essence of existence itself.
Heraclitus uses the metaphor of the river to explain this concept: you cannot enter the same river twice and that is because the water that washed over you the first time has already gone away following the current. Yet the river always looks the same. It happens the same way with the world: it is always changing and yet it is always the same.
The form of being is becoming, since everything is subject to time and transformation and even what seems static and still is actually dynamic.
I like to imagine our life as a boat, sailing on this river. We cannot stop, it would be unnatural, we cannot oppose it, it would still carry us away and we would make a huge effort. The only thing we can do is to follow the current and draw from it all the energy and strength we need to reach our destination. We can take the best of each moment, enjoy it fully and draw inspiration and value from it.
If the world were static, there could be no evolution, growth and improvement.
It is paradoxical (though obvious), however, that having become aware of this, by nature, human beings are afraid of change, because it is unstable, fickle, unpredictable, and therefore dangerous to their survival. That is why he shuns it, why routines and habits are so important and why, at the same time, they are so difficult to unhinge. Our brains are designed to survive and not make the species extinct.
But what really matters today? Today that we no longer have to hunt against ferocious lions to survive?
Today what matters to me is living.
Living: here, today, now. The only moment that makes sense to savor and enjoy to the fullest.
Here is my little big world, full of so many experiences, reasoning, comparisons, ideas and dreams.
Small because if we contextualize it, it is an atom in an infinite universe. Big because it is mine, and around which my whole existence revolves. Existence that impacts, in a more or less direct way, all the reality with which I come in contact. And without putting on too many airs, it is fair to observe that the universe would not be the same without that atom. Because it itself is the sum of all the atoms, which when taken individually are nothing but together, constitute the universe itself.
This is simply a place to put some order in the welter of my mind, and one that I hope will also be of inspiration to those who will read me.
