ALIPATO, A Journal of Basic Education, is an annual refereed journal in English and Filipino that aims to disseminate information on trends, developments, and research findings relevant to basic education. It is published by the Office of Research, Development and Publication (ORDP) of the UP Integrated School, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.

The Journal of Education, Management and Development Studies (JEMDS) is a high quality, open access and international refereed journal which aims to publish original research papers, reviews, and case studies related to broad areas of disciplines, including Education, Environment and Natural Resources, Health Sciences, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Public Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Gender and Development. This also covers multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies on sustainable development in regional, national and global perspectives.
The Philippine Management Review is a peer-reviewed academic journal published annually by the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business (formerly College of Business Administration), University of the Philippines with an international editorial advisory board and reviewers. It provides a forum for applied research on Philippine finance and management issues. The journal also encourages submission of studies featuring management problems and practices in the Asian region from other academics and practitioners.
Philippine Social Science Journal
The Philippine Social Science Journal (PSSJ) is an open access indexed peerreviewed journal published by Recoletos de Bacolod Graduate School, University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos. The journal publishes original and quality scientific papers dealing with social science and allied disciplines such as anthropology, human geography, demography, business, management, economics, education, psychology, criminal justice, political science, social policy, international relations, sociology, law, media studies, history, health and well-being, and religion.
Recoletos Multidisciplinary Research Journal
The Recoletos Multidisciplinary Research Journal (RMRJ) is the official bi-annual journal of the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Center for Policy, Research, and Development Studies (CPRDS). Being an internationally peer-reviewed journal, RMRJ adopts the double-blind review process wherein the reviewer/s and the author/s do not know each other's identity. Humanities Diliman is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal for the humanities. Published semi-annually and indexed in Scopus and ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), it is bilingual and both disciplinal and multi-disciplinary. Humanities Diliman promotes scholarship in the arts and humanities in the Philippines, as well as international synergies, especially with scholars of Southeast Asian studies.

Social Science Diliman: A Philippine Journal of Society and Change (SSD) is the flagship journal for the social sciences of the University of the Philippines Diliman. It is internationally refereed, semiannual, and bilingual (in English and Filipino). SSD publishes works on the social sciences and its applications.
Kritike: An Online Journal of Philosophy
Kritike is the official open access (OA) journal of the Department of Philosophy of the University if Santo Tomas (UST) Manila, Philippines. It is a Filipino peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary, and international journal founded in 2007 by a group of UST alumni. The journal seeks to publish articles and book reviews by local and international authors across the whole range of philosophical topics, but with special emphasis on the following subject strands: Filipino Philosophy, Oriental thought and East-West Comparative Philosophy, Continental European Philosophy and Anglo-American Philosophy.
Hapag: Journal of Interdisciplinary Theological Research
A Journal of Interdisciplinary Theological Research Published by St. Vincent School of Theology and Adamson University. Hapág (‘table’ – the Filipino locus for the exchange of food and nourishment, likewise of multiple stories, casual views or deep reflections, of differing beliefs, cultures and disciplines, all done on the spirit of sharing, acceptance and openness) is a bi-annual review of theological-pastoral research from an interdisciplinary perspective in the Philippine and Asia/Pacific contexts. It is a collaborative project of St. Vincent School of Theology and Adamson University.
Diliman Review is one of the refereed journals of the College of Arts and Letters, the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy and the College of Science, University of the Philippines, Diliman. Diliman Review draws its contributors mainly from its own pool of UP scholars, creative writers and artists but also welcomes essays, creative works, reviews, forum/symposium papers from other scholars and artists.
Ang Daluyan: Journal ng Wikang Filipino
Ang Daluyan: Journal ng Wikang Filipino ay isang pambansang refereed journal na monolingguwal sa Filipino. Pangunahing layunin nito na paunlarin ang pag-aaral at pananaliksik tungkol sa wika, panitikan at kulturang Filipino, at pagyamanin ang diskurso sa iba't ibang disiplina sa wikang Filipino. Bilang bahagi ng tunguhin ng SWF na isulong ang Filipino bilang wika ng saliksik, naglalaan o lumilikha ang Daluyan ng espasyo para sa tuloy-tuloy na intelektuwalisasyon ng wikang Filipino.

Review of Socio-Economic Research and Development Studies (ReSERDS)
The Review of Socio-Economic Research and Development Studies (ReSERDS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, and applied multidisciplinary journal that publishes scientific articles and contemporary research findings of high scholarly merit in socioeconomics and development studies in the Philippines, particularly in the Visayas region. It welcomes submissions and draws relevant experiences from other countries. It accepts theoretical, empirical or qualitative papers on a wide range of topics employing appropriate approaches. ReSERDS aims to publish original research and paid particular attention evidence-based studies.
