PHILOSOPHY
In the Catholic System, the aims and objectives are enhanced and ennobled by the Catholic Philosophy of life, which recognizes that every human being has an eternal destiny as well as an earthly existence. Education is a preparation of the whole man for the life thereafter. Therefore, all men, having that inalienable right to education, must be developed in keeping with their ultimate goal, ability, sex, culture and tradition towards fostering true unity and peace.

IDENTITY
Paco Catholic School, an evangelizing arm of the Church, is an institution of learning and formation, offering quality Catholic education. It envisions its students to be total persons sensitive to the plight of the poor and responsive to the needs of the dynamic Philippine society and global challenges.

IMC GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
As a dynamic institution that teaches love and use of books and other instructional materials, the library facilitates the development of God’s gift of knowledge, values and contributes to the students’ total development. The IMC aims to concretize the philosophy and objectives of the school. It provides services and materials that aim for the following objectives:
To acquire books and other library materials that will support and reinforce the curriculum to meet the educational needs, abilities, levels of interest of the pupils/students, and the demands of the modern times;
To develop pupils/students' skills and resourcefulness in the use of library materials;
To create interest for life-long habits of reading;
To provide materials that would help pupils/students develop Christian values;
To appreciate new ways of learning through the use of multimedia equipment;
To prepare pupils/students for higher education; and
To provide professional materials needed to keep the faculty abreast with development in education.
