LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS
To derive the maximum benefits from the library, the following rules and regulations should be observed by the students:
Students should always bring with them their school I.D. and borrowers card in order to avail of the use of the library resources and services.
All bags are not being taken inside the library premises but users are advised to bring with them their valuable materials. The library staff is not responsible for loses of the user's belongingness.
The library has an "open stack collection". It therefore follows that big envelopes, folders, binders, fillers, and other items brought inside are subjected for inspection before taking them out. Books are inspected upon leaving the premises to make certain that they are properly marked.
Keep the library in order by returning the books to the proper allotted book rack, by placing one's chair in its proper place and by removing all personal belongings upon leaving the library.
Eating, littering, loitering, playing, and sleeping are absolutely prohibited.
SILENCE must properly observe at all times.
Students who willfully mutilate or steal the library materials will be subjected to disciplinary action.
Misbehavior will cause the withdrawal or suspension of the library privileges. Repeated action of misbehavior or other serious cases such as: destruction, vandalism, theft, mutilation, misconduct, etc. will be reported to the Prefect of Students (POS) for disciplinary sanctions.
Violations of the said rules and regulations of the library will not be excused on the plea of ignorance.
