I can write a simple sentence with a clear subject and verb phrase and include a variety of adverbial phrases within the sentence, and I can write a compound sentence using a simple conjunctions (and, but, or, yet, so).
I consistently use a capital letter to begin my sentence and a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark to end my sentence.
I can use phonemes, and can spell compound words, simple homophones and all the high frequency words at the beginning of level 2, and I can use the prefix “un” and the suffixes “-er” and “-est”.
