National College "Tudor Vladimirescu"
A school with tradition in the Romanian education, the National College Tudor Vladimirescu has gained its name through the quality of learning thanks to the high standards of our teachers’ training.
The beginnings of this educational institution are set in the year 1890, known as “Tudor Vladimirescu Secondary School for boys”; it received its “National College” title in 1999.
Education here has three levels:
Primary school
Middle school
High school – with the following profiles:
- Philology
- Natural Science(Standard and Intensive English)
- Mathematics-IT (Standard and Intensive Informatics)
This school year 95 teachers have been in charge with almost 1470 students
The college has modern laboratories equipped with modern facilities for the proper development of classes:
-5 IT laboratories,2 offices for biology,a physics laboratory,2 chemistry laboratories,2 gyms,an amphitheater,numerous classrooms,a library,a museum,a counseling office
