An Agile Mindset is the basis of the Agile Manifesto, which is limited to only values and principles for product management (Earlier software development) which encourages having working products, collaboration, handling change, self-organizing, psychological safety, sharing a clear vision, simplifying your product (less is more!) and focus on a few priorities. Agile Learning aims to create a continuous improvement culture that supports employees to develop their skills and adapt to changing needs.
My agile learning plan is a way of creating and delivering knowledge that is easy to understand. We will start with the Principles of Agile Manifesto and evolve with continuous learning agile mindset. A learning plan lets learners set their own goals, with a learning path and pace.
