As an advocate for philanthropy and community development, I have devoted my life to making a positive impact on society. I have worked with various organizations and community groups over the years to support social causes, promote education, and create sustainable solutions for underserved communities. Through my work, I have been privileged to witness the transformative power of philanthropy and the immense impact it can have on individuals, families, and entire communities.
With over 14 years of professional experience in various industries and companies, I have developed a broad range of skills and expertise that has allowed me to excel in my profession in LEAN-Agile Transformation, Business/Product Value Delivery, and Accounting Operation. I began my career as an accountant at JP Morgan in 2008, where I contributed to location-built-out JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (PGSC), Net Plaza, Taguig, as a facilitator in process migration and resiliency plans for Fund Accounting Center of Excellence. During my tenure at JP Morgan, I gained invaluable experience in LEAN, Product management, and working with an Agile mindset, values, and principles.
After spending almost 14 years at JP Morgan Chase & co, I decided to pursue new opportunities and joined Mindreflex Technologies Private Limited as a Agile Coach (Program Manager). In this role, I was responsible for overseeing multiple products simultaneously and ensuring that they aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, I provided coaching and guidance to Change Agents and Teams in implementing LEAN-Agile mindset, scrum/Dev-Ops frameworks, empiricism principles, and a data-driven mindset.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a deep understanding of product/project planning and execution, which has enabled me to successfully manage large and complex Projects/Products Teams. My ability to develop data models, visualize data, and report on progress has allowed me to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information, resulting in better decision-making and improved outcomes.
I have also gained extensive experience in risk management, controls, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that projects/products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This has enabled me to mitigate risks and ensure that projects/products, programs, and products are delivered successfully.
To further enhance my skills and expertise, I have obtained several certifications, including SAFe Agilist 6.0, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Agile Coach, and LEAN-Six Sigma. These certifications have helped me to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in product management and agile values and principles, allowing me to deliver better results for my clients and stakeholders.
My career as a Program Manager has been both challenging and rewarding. As a lifelong advocate for social change and community development, I remain committed to using my skills and resources to make a difference in the world and inspire others to join me on this journey.
I want to convey a commitment to regularly providing free resources that can benefit a wide range of people. The resources will include theories on LEAN, Agile, and Product Management, as well as articles, resume templates, personal branding templates, and health and wellness materials. I have created these resources with the goal in mind, that these resources are freely available to anyone who wants to use them.
