The Mindset

I have acquired several certifications that demonstrate my expertise, and I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in product management and in building agile mindset, values, and principles. I have learned how to apply the SAFe framework to align multiple teams and stakeholders around a common vision and strategy, how to facilitate Scrum events and remove impediments for the team, how to manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on value and feedback, how to coach and mentor individuals and teams to adopt and improve agile mindset, and how to use LEAN-Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify and eliminate waste and variation in processes. These certifications have helped me to enhance my performance and deliver better results for my clients and stakeholders in various products and contexts.
