As a Program Manager for LEAN-Agile Transformation, I am responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the enhancement of value for Educational Products. In this role, I am assessing the current LEAN-Agile maturity of the organization and identifying opportunities for improvement.
To accomplish this, the I am host workshops and facilitate Lean-Agile awareness training sessions with the various teams involved in the Educational Products. This will help to ensure that everyone involved in the project understands the principles of Lean-Agile and how they can be applied to their respective domains.
As a Program Manager, I also work with the teams to refine the vision, goals, strategy, roadmap, release plans, tasks, and dependencies involved in the project. This will involve breaking down complex tasks into smaller, more manageable components and identifying the interdependencies between them. I monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure that the project stays on track and meets its goals. This may involve making changes to the roadmap, release plans, or tasks in response to changes in market conditions or other external factors.
Overall, the role of the Program Manager for LEAN-Agile Transformation is to lead cross-functional teams in the development of high-quality educational products that meet the needs of the organization and its customers while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
