Goals:
1. The GOAL of KELLS is to provide valuable information used to match a living environment with a person’s strengths, enabling the person to live safely in the least restrictive environment possible.
The KELS helps match people with environments in which success can be experienced, thereby increasing satisfaction, motivation, and a sense of independence- all factors of health for an individual
HOME FAST
25-item interviewer observational tool developed to assess home hazards associated with falls, and identify older community-dwelling people who are at risk of falls and injury

The ILS is composed of five scales that assess the following areas: Memory and Orientation; Managing Money; Managing Home and Transportation; Health and Safety; and, Social Adjustment
