TEST YOUR IDEAS IN THE LAB AND GET MENTORED

Get mentored by the Lab

Just like any other Industry, the Development Sector also needs to continuously innovate to solve age old problems, new age problems and fulfil the new needs. While there are plenty of new ideas, these new ideas do not get a platform to get refined and tested.

OASiS Social Innovations Lab with its 20+ years of experience, over 10 innovative models being used and replicated widely, has mentored over 10 past Mentees out of which 2 were listed in Forbes 30 under 30 (Asia).

The LAB is open to passionate people (of all ages), who wish to get mentored and test their ideas on the ground.

So if you have a brilliant idea/solution OR are passionate enough (without an idea/solution) to solve an old age OR a growing new age social / developmental / environmental / socio-economic problem,

Read the TERMS & CONDITIONS below, and fill the form below it.

Terms and Conditions for Mentoring by OASiS:

1) Mentees need to decide their own timelines for the tasks they take after each Mentoring session, but stick to the timelines religiously. In case the Mentee does not stick to the timelines (barring health reasons) then the Mentor can decide a compensatory measure in consultation with the Mentee. This is to ensure that the work progresses continuously. If the Mentee is a habitual procrastinator, then the Mentor can decide whether to continue the mentorship or not

2) Gurudakshina: Gurudakshina is an Indian  traditional form of offering to the Mentor / Teacher by a Disciple. The Gurudakshina depends on how much the Mentee values and benefits from the Mentor, and also depends on the capacity of the Mentee. The frequency of offering Gurudakshina is every Quarter. This ensures that both the Mentee and the Mentor plan their timelines properly, and put in their best efforts for the mentorship.
