We love attendance to be marked DAILY 😍
But it's great if you do it WEEKLY 🙂
If it is missing two weeks or more - WISE starts to generate error reports 😬 PLEASE update the attendance at least once a week.

If you have a student who completes Makeup work from a previous year or term, their Transcript needs to be changed.
To do this PLEASE advise your Adminstrative Assistant what makeup work has been done and they will change it. Admin Assistants are required to keep backup records for Seminary students and this can only be done if they change the Transcripts.

What to try if you can't access WISE.
Start with the first suggestion below. If unsuccessful, move down the list.
Are the white boxes below your Stake's name showing the correct year and Term? In the WISE image, above or to the side, the boxes show "2023 (23-24)" & "Term 2". These need to be the correct year and Term you are currently in. If not, click the small down arrow heads, in the white boxes, to change them.
Is the left-hand side of the screen set up similar to the WISE image above or beside this text? It should be the same for the first 3 lines (i.e. Pacific Area, NZ Region, NZ Wellington Terrace Coordinator). If you are not in the Wellington Stake, then your own Stake's name should appear for the 4th line.
If your screen does not look similar, and it is not green at the very top of the screen, you will need to select your area. Start at the top (where the image has "Pacific Area") and click on the blue arrow head to the right. The name "Pacific Area" should appear in a pop-up box to the right of the grey area (it's pretty small and high up on the screen). Click on the pop-up box.
Once you have selected "Pacific Area", the second line should appear with an arrow head you can click on. Once you have clicked on the arrow head you should see a new pop-up box with "New Zealand Region". Select this. Repeat these steps for the third line, selecting "New Zealand Wellington Terrace Coordinator". Finally, select your Stake.
If you have trouble with this, you are welcome to meet with the Administration Assistant online and share your screen so they can talk you through it.
Try a different Internet Browser. Google is a good browser to use for WISE. It will also work on other browsers. Try a different one to see if it works better, e.g. Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
Check to see if your computer needs any updates. If you do, run the updates and then try Signing In to WISE again.
Clear your Cookies and Cache. Then try Signing In to WISE again.
Call the Church's Help Desk - 0800 447 016. You can call anytime.
If nothing has yet worked...
Notify your Admistrative Assistant. Send them an email with:
Screenshots of the problem - where you get up to in the Sign In process.
Describe the problem.
List the things you tried above.
Registration is when we obtain parental or caregiver permission for a student to attend Seminary. This is essential for their first year of Seminary. For following years, it's good to have this completed to update our information. Here are the ways students can register:
On the website: myseminary.churchofjesuschrist.org Parents "Sign In" with their Church Username and Password. There is a Help Sheet below on how to do this.
If a parent has difficulty navigating websites, or the student is a non-member, you can download this form for them to complete. After it is completed, an image of it can be sent to your Stake Supervisor or Administrative Assistant.
If you are having no luck with the website or form, please get a verbal confirmation from the parent. Then let your Administrative Assistant know.

See the attachment. Any student enrolling in an Online class must have an email listed on their Church Account.
