3. Prepare the Powerpoint Material

      2. Get Lesson Materials (same link above)

         1. • Use Level 2/3 for Large Group teaching as this is the middle-ground lesson for the age of the kids in attendance

              1. • Leader's Guide

      3. Study the lesson

      4. Update PPT file according to how you plan to present the Large Group

         1. • Bible story may be presented in anyway deemed appropriate, just be sure to stick to what is in the bible/biblically correct

            • Some ways on how to present the bible story here

            • Do trial run with the presentation, transition, videos, sounds, etc

4. Team Leader of the Week

   1. 1. Coordinate co-teachers of the week :

         1. • Teacher's group devo 

            • Large group assistance request (i.e. in games, etc)

            • Re-confirm Squad-Leader's availability and squad preparations/needs (esp for the Level 0  & 1 kids)

            • Do team devo for the lesson on an agreed schedule (usually done online, together the Saturday's final planning)

1. (Together with other co-teacher) Huddle/Pray for the day's event (may do the teacher's devo also this time if can come earlier)

2. (Ask co-teachers)  Arrange the tables and chairs (include in planning where in the room will each squads will gather during squad time)

3. Get  microphone from Live Prod upstairs

4. Test-run the lesson's power-point, transition, video, sound with DECC's projector, sound-system

   • if projector won't turn-on, be sure to check the connectors and plugs, switches are turned-on

5. Welcome the parents and kids

Together with the other teachers, execute NXTGEN (follow Leader's Guide)

7:30 ~ 7:49 [10 minutes] : Welcome

7:40  ~ 8:30 [50 minutes] : Large Group

8:30 - 8:35 [5 minutes] : Transition (big kids goes to Welcome Room)

8:35 ~ 9:15 [40 minutes] : Squad Time

9:15 ~ 9:20 [5 minutes] : Transition (big kids comes back to NXTGEN Room)

9:20 ~ 9:30 [10 minutes] : Kids' Presentation Practice or Group Memory Verse Recitation or any activity (please don't leave kids on just play on their own, engage everybody)
