To All Lifeshapers and those On-Training for Lifeshaping

Thank you very much for your servant-heart for the kids and for answering to God's call to serve in His ministry!

Please inform any of our Ministry Leaders, just in case, in your heart, 

• you may want to take on Squad Leading (if not yet a squad leader),

  • • finished GLC2, Book 5

• you may want to take on Large Group teaching (if not yet a Large Group teacher),

• you may want to handle a specialty role or join  our specialty role teams

Squad Leaders

Facilitates the discussion and life applications of the week’s lesson.

Leads kids to pray and seek answers to their questions from God’s Word.

Sees to it to:

• Pray for co-teachers, children in assigned squad, parents of the children in assigned squad.

• Proactively communicate with the Lead Servant for serving schedule/plan (on or before every 15th day prior to serving month).

• Proactively communicate with the Large Group teacher for serving preparation: lesson, roles, others.

• Prepare for each serving schedule: read & meditate  on the lesson, prepares on how to share the lesson to the children, prepare as agreed with the Large Group Teacher and serving team.

Assistant Squad Leaders

Assist  Squad Leaders during Squad Time.

Marshall, does other non-teaching role.

Sees to it to:

• Pray for the co-teachers, the children, the parents.

• Proactively communicate with the Lead Servant for serving schedule/plan (on or before every 15th day prior to serving month).

• Proactively communicate with the Large Group teacher for serving preparation: lesson, roles, others.

• Prepare for each serving schedule: read & meditate  on the lesson, prepares on how to share the lesson to the children, prepare as agreed with the Large Group Teacher and serving team.

Large Group Teachers

Main Host / Executes NXTGen classroom program together with co-teachers.

Ensures timely 

• coordination with scheduled co-teachers

• teachers' lesson devo as we prepare how to share the lesson to the children

• huddle to plan the class program, equip co-teachers (roles, squad assignements), fellowship with co-teachers

Studies the lesson and prepares the presentation material.

Lead Servants 

Ensures NXTGen class (Kids' Church) execution.

Ensures that 

• teachers' confirmed  schedule are available as planned:

  • • Large Group teachers (2 months before serving schedule)

    • Squad Leaders (20th of every month for next month's schedule)

• scheduled Large Group Teacher and Squad Leaders are equipped and ready for service.

• venue/mode and materials are proactively managed.

• serving post meeting feedback are recorded, addressed timely, and coordinated to Core servants - for improvement planning.

• ministry records (attendance, expenses, etc) are completed in time.

Core Servants 

Ensures that CCF-Dubai NXTGEN runs according to its purpose.

• Lifeshaper On-boarding, Endorsement, Quarterly Evaluation.

• Manage roster of volunteers to be shared to WS Ministry Head, Overseers, and Lead Servants.

• Together with Lead Servants: Process planning and improvement, Lifeshaper equipping.

• Lesson and Process Alignment across NXTGen classes

• Coordination : WS Ministry Head, WS Overseers, and other stakeholders (CCF-Main NXTGen, TLC, Equip, DGM, Ushering, LiveProd, others)

• Budget proposal, manage cash flow, and prepare monthly report to Finance.
