KIDS REGISTRATION

1. If there is a first timer child, let us also welcome the parent, and let the parent register his/her child to NXTGen.

2. Gatekeeper (or all of the teachers) : ask Parent if his/her child is already registered to NXTGen.  If not yet, let the parent scan the QR code to register his/her child.

KIDS' CHURCH ATTENDANCE

1. Gatekeeper (or assigned Assistant Lifeshaper) checks the NXTGEN class attendance (both Lifeshapers & Kids), and records the attendance

SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT

1. After the end of every NXTGEN class, the teachers huddle to discuss ideas for improvement.  Input discussed items to this form.

SIGN-IN TO  SERVE IN NXTGEN

1. Invite a DGroup Leader or an active DGroup member to serve in NXTGEN.

2. Share the QR code or the link for him/her to sign-up to the ministry.

3. He/She will be  contacted for a faster processing.

1. The DGroup Leader of the CCFer who signed-up will be requested for his/her endorsement/recommendation of the DGroup Member who signed up for the ministry.

1. Parents of the  kid/teenager CCFer who signed-up will be requested for their consent and support of their child who signed up for the ministry.

1. All Ministry volunteers are reminded that our first ministry is our family, then a DGroup.  We al are encouraged to served NXTGen, but  at first, we should be mindful of our priorities.
