• Proactively coordinates with co-assigned lifeshapers at least a week (or 10 days) before serving schedule

  • • reconfirms attendance of co-Teachers 

    • coordinates schedule for team huddle

    • assigns NXTGEN roles:

      • • explain the message of the P&W song(s)

        • games in charge (for 3PM with about 50kids, suggest to have separate games, one game for each level)

        • explain L.O.V.E Bible Truth (or may use the L.O.V.E. song

        • bible story plans

        • squad assignments & necessary preparations (especially for Level1)

        • who will buy/prepare the kids' food (budget: AED5.5 per child)

        • who will buy/prepare teachers' food (budget: AED15 per scheduled teacher)

        • other roles - as deemed necessary based on NXTGEN class plan

    • leads lesson devotional

    • guides/facilitates: lesson, activity plans, trial run

      • • mentor new lifeshapers on what they can do or are to do during NXTGEN

    • coordinate w/ the team necessary information/plan based on what you would like to do during NXTGEN

• Share the devotional points to lifeshapers gc (agree who will do, as we have 2 lead teachers per week) - suggest to  do on Mondays

• Prepares for NXTGEN:

1. Prays for the kids, teachers

2. Do the teacher's devotional

3. Download and Study the lesson

4. Updates the PowerPoint material for the lesson (may agree who will do the PPT (afternoon or evening lead teacher), and share)

Notes: 

a. agree with co-teachers for the theme song of the series (can be used as the kid's presentation)

b. bible story may be presented in anyway deemed appropriate, just be sure to stick to what is in the bible/biblically correct

•Together with the other teachers, execute NXTGEN:
