Add Parents to FB Parents group chat 

Lifeshaper Recruitment (c/o encourage all Lifeshapers)

1. • If there are received prospects, add the names at our Lifeshapers' List (open/unhide Lifeshapers tab)

   • Follow-through with the prospect from time to time

Together with DGroup Leader, assess/interview prospect for serving in the ministry

Ministry Planning, Monitoring, Execution

1. • Generally, Lifeshapers will have an overall general meeting and discuss possible NXTGEN activities (suggest to plan for the next year's activity toward the year-end (i.e. November, December)

   • Draft the Plan, and submit to the Family Ministry Head & Satellite OIC for comments, review.  (Click sample link under Event Proposal)

   • Ministry Plan  should contain the following:

     1. 1. Proposed Date & Time of the Event

        2. Event Name or Title (or whatever you will want call it)

        3. Description of the Event

           • • includes the purpose of the event

             • includes the description of the targeted audience

        4. Discipleship Roadmap (it is encourage that the event will hit more than one of the discipleship roadmaps, click guide under Event Proposal)

           • • Engage -> Evangelize -> Edify -> Equip -> Empower

        5. Budget

           • • If needed, send at least 3 canvassed information (click Sample under Event Proposal)

Event Proposal 

1. • Is for the final step for the ministry plans to be executed or considered finally approved.

   • May just update the plans, according to its current details
