Course Learning Objectives 

At the conclusion of this course, participants will: 

• Understand military culture and subcultures 

• Understand the components of the Military Interstate Children's Compact 

• Recognize and understand the unique experiences military families and children bring to Nevada's schools 

• Understand how to welcome and support military-connected students 

• Collect valuable resources to help ease the transition of military-connected children in Nevada schools

Throughout this course, participants are expected to:

4. Complete all assignments

Professional Learning Hours
