A consolidated, self-auditing book deposit: a 2,938-nuclide nuclear mass ledger from four fitted values plus an alpha-derived Coulomb coefficient (mean 0.0062%), scored against the refit semi-empirical mass formula (Paper 80); a defect register of six open and ninety-two closed problems; recorded nulls kept in a dedicated nulls/ folder; sealed, SHA-256-hashed predictions (320 superheavy masses with a pre-registered scoring protocol in verify/SUPERHEAVY_PROTOCOL.md, EMC isotopic direction); a Riemann zero-placement forecasting measurement with a scored sealed holdout, plus the deposited classical explicit-formula benchmark; bootstrap confidence intervals on the mass headline; and 151 reproducible Python runners for every numerical claim, which write only to a scratch directory so the integrity manifest verifies before and after a full re-run. This record consolidates and links 61 previously published Zenodo records.
I’ve spent a long time building the Temporal Dynamics Framework. Particles as standing waves in a single cavity, not little balls of stuff. Mass as how deep the wave nests. A fixed set of universal primes — 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13 — setting where the structure can sit. Out of that comes a nuclear mass ledger that lands within 0.0062% across all 2,938 measured nuclides, a quark count that falls out of the geometry instead of being matched to it, and a reading of the Riemann zeros that goes exactly as far as the mathematics allows and stops dead where it doesn’t.
This week I did something I’d been meaning to do for a while. I took the entire framework and wrote it out as a formal dependency graph — every claim a node, every claim resting on the ones underneath it — and ran it through an independent tool built by someone else entirely: the ADEC Theory Validator Engine (v0.7.7), from Gianluca Pisano’s Numeri Primi – Teoremi e Congetture project in Italy.
HOW TO USE (paste each JSON into the ADEC Theory Validator, one at a time): ADEC Theory Validator ENGINE v0.7.7
Contents:
per_claim/ one JSON per claim — each is that claim PLUS its full staged dependency chain + self/meta. Validate any one to test just that claim in isolation (e.g. claim_QK1_quark_count.json).
TDF_core_ADEC.json the nuclear-mass core branch (staged: 0.84%->0.026%->0.0062% -> three dials -> NEST is the open boundary).
TDF_riemann_ADEC.json the Riemann strand (carry verified, forbid open; every null and both retractions recorded).
TDF_blackhole_ADEC.json the black-hole branch (standard physics verified; the TDF reading flagged and unweighted; the weakest step, marked so).
TDF_FULL_all_branches.json everything merged + a bridge + a global self/meta.
TDF_riemann_barcode.html the first 50 zeros as a barcode.
Honesty key (as tagged in the deposit):
verified proof = proven / derived / standard physics
concept + flag = hypothesis, no verified proof (NEST, RFRONT, BINT, BFOLD, BLENS...)
status null-fail = tested, did not survive (recorded, not hidden)
status retracted = withdrawn (sqrt2 route-consistency; Unified Conjecture)
Validate the small ones first (one claim each), then the branch files, then the FULL file.

"description": "HYPOTHESIS (flagged; no verified proof, and the Riemann paper explicitly disclaims that the zeros have a physical origin). Read speculatively, the prime 'carry' focuses the zeros like a lens, and the zeros' structure has focal points — which would be the logical reading IF the structure came from a black-hole fold ('The Fold and the Lens': a black hole unfolds matter down a lens). Consistent with the carry sharpening as more primes are added (100 primes reconstruct ~99% of S(t); more primes tighten the focus). Recorded as an organizing idea only — it is not evidence and adds no detection skill (see RN1, RN5).",

This visualization, created by James Norman Ibbotson, explores the relationship between the distribution of primes and that of the nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function.
The connection between primes and Riemann zeros is a fundamental topic in analytic number theory. Ibbotson's work proposes a computational interpretation of this relationship, specifically studying how much of the oscillatory component associated with the zeros can be reconstructed from primes.
The graph below represents the first 50 nontrivial zeros on the critical line. It is important to emphasize that this visualization is not a proof of the Riemann Hypothesis: the author himself distinguishes between the role of primes in describing the position of the zeros and the still-unresolved question of why all zeros must be on the critical line.
This research investigates the influence of external electromagnetic fields on proton tunneling and tautomeric shifts in DNA nitrogenous base pairs, focus- ing on the potential amplification of these quantum effects and their impact on genetic fidelity and mutation rates. Proton tunneling, a quantum mechanical phenomenon, allows for spontaneous shifts between canonical and tautomeric forms of base pairs, which can result in replication errors and mutations. Us- ing a combination of theoretical modeling and experimental design, along with Python-based data analysis, we demonstrate how an applied EMF modifies the potential energy landscape of DNA hydrogen bonds, increasing the probability of proton tunneling and enhancing the frequency of tautomeric shifts. Data related to the effects of EMF on these processes were fetched and processed us- ing Python, allowing for precise quantification of tunneling probabilities under varying conditions. The mathematical formulation employs the WKB approxi- mation to calculate tunneling probabilities both with and without EMF, showing that the presence of the field lowers the energy barrier for tunneling. Kinetic analysis reveals that this leads to a higher rate of tautomerization, which can be correlated with increased replication errors.
The Crystal Electron Cloud Hypothesis proposes that crystals and living things both have an electronic wave function of electrons around them, which can interact with each other in various ways. This interaction could have implications for a variety of biological processes, including consciousness, perception, and healing. The hypothesis is based on the idea that crystals and living things both have organized structures, but in different ways. Crystalline solids have a highly ordered internal lattice structure with geometric symmetry and repetition of base units, while cellular organisms have an internal lattice-like structure of cells adhering to each other, but this cellular lattice is more variable and irregular without the strict symmetry and repetition of a crystal. The organisation in organisms is more flexible and dynamic - cells move, grow, differentiate, die, and the overall organism morphology changes over time while maintaining an ordered arrangement suited to function.
