NDR plays in the Mid Hudson Youth Football League
MHYFL Junior Division Ages 7, 8, and 9.
MHYFL Senior Division Ages 10, 11, and 12.
Birthdate as of 12/31/26; "How old are you this year?"
CANNOT be in 7th grade or age 13.
NDR may generate waiting lists once maximum roster limits are met.
Should my 7 year old play
Flag Football or Tackle Football?
Practice begins mid July, 2026.
In July and August, we practice three nights a week.
Once school begins in September and throughout October we practice two nights a week.
Each player must COMPLETE 10 hours of practice before beginning full contact practice.
All practices are in Millbrook, NY.
Football games are on Sundays, August - October.
Junior Division game times: 11:00 a.m.
Senior Division game times: 1:00 p.m.
Junior and Senior regular season games will be played at the same location.
Home games played in Millbrook, NY at Millbrook High School.
Away games played across Dutchess and Ulster counties.
For the safety of your Raider and others, players MUST attend practices regularly.
Each player must COMPLETE 16 hours of practice before playing in a game.
Playing time in games may be limited due to inconsistent practice attendance.

All coaches have cleared a 3rd party background check by Sterling Volunteers.
Head coaches are
First Aid, CPR, & AED certified.
All NDR Tackle Football coaches will complete the USA Football Youth Certification Course.
All NDR coaches will complete Concussion Awareness Training.
One of our goals is to prepare our athletes for their high school's football program.
