Our organization has been teaching the youth of the area the fundamentals of football and cheerleading for over 40 years in Northern Dutchess County. Based in Millbrook, NY, since our inception, we also represent the youth of the Pine Plains, Dover, and Webutuck school districts (and beyond) with a goal of preparing our athletes for their high schools' football and competitive cheer programs.
We pride ourselves in not only teaching the fundamentals of our sports but more importantly, the teamwork, discipline and hard work that will hopefully produce responsible young adults in the future.
It is our belief that every child should have the opportunity to participate.

NDR Mission Statement & History
The object of this program is to inspire youth to practice ideals of scholastic fitness, citizenship and character; to bring our youth closer together through the means of a common interest in sportsmanship, fair play and fellowship, to impart to the game’s elements of safety, sanity and intelligent supervision and to keep the welfare of the youth first and foremost at all times.
Northern Dutchess Raiders is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Our organization has been teaching the youth of the area the fundamentals of football and cheerleading for over 40 years in Northern Dutchess County. We have been based in Millbrook since our inception, but we also represent the youth of the Pine Plains, Dover, and Webutuck school districts. We pride ourselves in not only teaching the fundamentals of the sports but more importantly, the teamwork, discipline and hard work with the intent of hopefully producing responsible young adults in the future. Our community’s generosity enables our teams to have safe equipment and uniforms, and ensures that every child has the opportunity to participate regardless of financial constraints. With your help we will continue this successful tradition.
