Coach Certifications & Safety Standards

At NDR, the safety and preparedness of our coaching staff are our top priorities.

• Background Checks: Every coach undergoes a thorough third-party background check conducted by Sterling Volunteers.

• First Aid, CPR & AED: All head coaches are certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Red Cross.

Cheer Coaching Standards

• All NDR Cheer coaches are YCADA Certified, ensuring they meet the highest standards in youth cheerleading.

• Every coach completes Concussion Awareness Training to prioritize athlete safety.

Football Coaching Standards

• All NDR Tackle Football coaches complete the USA Football Youth Certification Course to uphold best practices in coaching and player development.

• Every coach undergoes Concussion Awareness Training to enhance player safety and injury prevention.
