Cheerleaders must have 10 hours of practice before they can begin stunts and tumbling.

For the safety of your Raider and others, cheerleaders MUST attend practices regularly.

There will be one Saturday Night Lights game.

All Northern Dutchess Raiders (NDR) Cheer coaches are certified through YCADA, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and training. Head coaches also hold First Aid, CPR, & AED certifications, and all coaches have passed a thorough background check conducted
by Sterling Volunteers.
Our program is dedicated to developing skilled, confident athletes who are well-prepared for the transition into their high school cheer programs.
