All Northern Dutchess Raiders (NDR) Cheer coaches are certified through YCADA, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and training. Head coaches also hold First Aid and CPR certifications from the American Red Cross, and all coaches have passed a thorough background check conducted by Sterling Volunteers.
Our program is dedicated to developing skilled, confident athletes who are well-prepared for the transition into their high school cheer programs.

Practice begins mid-July, 2024.
Cheerleaders must have 10 hours of practice before they can begin stunts and tumbling.
All practices in Millbrook, NY.

At least one competition in Fall 2024.
For the safety of your Raider and others, cheerleaders MUST attend practices regularly.

Football games will be played Sunday mornings or early afternoons.
There will be one Saturday Night Lights game.
