NDR Fundraisers

Northern Dutchess Raiders rely on the support of our athletes and families to help fundraise, ensuring we can cover national registration fees, insurance costs, and invest in essential equipment. Your contributions directly support our programs, helping us provide the best experience for our athletes—both this season and for years to come.

NDR Breast Cancer Awareness Raffle

As we reach the midpoint of our season and enter October, our program focuses on two key priorities—fundraising to support our nonprofit organization and raising awareness about the importance of Breast Cancer Awareness among our athletes. Traditionally, our football players wear pink wristbands, and our cheerleaders use pink poms to show their support. However, as our program continues to grow, we want to take this initiative even further with your help.

The raffle drawing will take place during our Friday Night Lights Game in the month of October. Half of all proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Each athlete will receive a book of 10 raffle tickets to sell at $5 per ticket. Any unsold tickets should be returned to their coach. To encourage participation, we also award a special NDR prize basket to the athlete who sells the most tickets!

We are incredibly grateful to be in a position where we can teach our athletes the value of giving back. Especially to such a meaningful cause. While we are still accepting sponsorships, we also welcome any gift cards or items you’d like to contribute to the raffle.

Additionally, we would love to honor a Breast Cancer Survivor by inviting them to help pull the winning ticket and announce the winner. If you or someone you know would like to take part, please reach out to us.
