Week 9

During my tenth week of internship in the company, since all my tests using other plug-ins failed, I took the initiative to try to use meta rigging in order to use all the plugins and add-ons again. But, in order to do that, I need to learn and study meta rigging for facials because I never know how to use it since it's quite complicated. While I was focused on studying and testing the meta rigging on the character face, I was called to my supervisor's desk and I was informed that I need to learn how to update books for marketing and operational purposes, just in case if the staff incharge are absent,I need to do their work. Furthermore, I was informed beforehand that I needed to practise acting in front of the camera for a Tik Tok content video because of their recent meeting for Selangor International Book Fest (SIBF), (i was not involved in the meeting). I also need to do some research and look for ideas on Tik Tok for content, basically I need to promote their products.  I spent the rest of my work hour searching for Tik Tok content. 

Tuesday, around 10 am, I was informed to get ready to go work outside the company. I head to shah alam for Selangor International Book Fest (SIBF). While working outside, I was informed to do book promotion at SIBF and I also needed to record guide videos on how to go to MBSA. That day was hot outside, it's tiring to record the guide video outside. After we finished recording the guide video, we all headed straight to the MBSA and went to the booth to start recording the products. At 4.30 pm, we started going back to the office and I went home at 7 pm. 

On Wednesday, I continue to rig the facial and study on how to properly rig the facial. Surprisingly, I was assigned to edit all the videos that I recorded during SIBF for the whole week since the intern who is supposed to do the editing is busy editing posters for another event which is  Big Bad Wolf (BBW). I spent three days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) editing all the videos for SIBF.

Friday, I was again called to the meeting room with two of the staff that had been to SIBF along with me. The reasons that we all were called is because of our miscommunication during the SIBF. I was told that we all need to work out our teamwork since it's quite messy, to be honest it's hard for me, because both of them keep playing around instead of working. Then, the boss informed us that we always need to think fast especially when there's technical issues while working outside the company. Once I'm done with the video editing for SIBF, I will continue my previous work which is to continue rigging the facial.
