Conclusion

After being an intern at Ana Muslim Sdn Bhd for almost 4 months, I started to get more adjusted to the company environment and how the company work flow is. In my opinion, almost everyone in the company is easy to approach asking for feedback and chatting. Besides, I was able to witness the hard work and effort among all the staff that they put on every project they had. Even though it was quite challenging through the tasks that I was given because the boss keeps disapproving of my work and my supervisor who is always late on giving feedback and comments, I still do my best to complete every task in order to improve and gain more skills as a person who is pursuing animation history. 

During my internship period, I was given tasks that covered pre-production, production, post-production stages all alone. There were weeks when I worked primarily on animating the production, and weeks when I concentrated on making amazing Tik Tok content videos, which included the full pre-production, production, and post-production stages. In addition, I have also been assigned to  3D projects in which I was responsible for managing the pre-production phases as well as the post-production. Through managing the difficulties of these multiple assignments, I developed a proactive problem solving approach. I took an effort to actively seek out advice and support from seniors whenever I was faced with a challenge or uncertainty. I asked out my seniors' insightful advice and helpful feedback in addition to filling in knowledge gaps by building on their vast knowledge. This teamwork was important in raising the standard of my work and ensuring that the end product met industry standards and expectations.

As from what I realised after 4 months being an intern at Ana Muslim, my weakness is that sometimes I tend to be scared to ask the senior questions because of my inferiority complex and sometimes I am always very indecisive with my own decision and it takes time for me to think or else I will be the one who suffered on my own decision which I will regret. I do my best to overcome my own weakness by building self-confidence to acknowledge my own accomplishments and skills. Besides, by overcoming the Inferiority Complex, I always Imagine having productive conversations with seniors. See myself approaching them with confidence, asking questions and receiving valuable insights before I meet them. By this, I always keep in mind that everyone has been in my shoes before, especially seniors, and asking questions is a fundamental part of the learning process. As for overcoming my Indecisiveness, I tend to ask the senior to give me deadlines for decision-making to prevent long delays and not to mention, I always seek advice to get different insights and perspectives from the seniors and my supervisor. 

Finally, The amount of knowledge and experience that I get from here is a lot. The diverse learning opportunities and experience have significantly contributed to my personal growth and skills. Based on the knowledge and skills that I have already gained, I'm excited to work with the company for the upcoming semester.
