Week 3
In the third week of my internship, on Monday, I was summoned to the meeting room by the head of the creative department, who requested that I propose a list of 12 words for lip sync and various mouth shapes. Following the meeting, I immediately compiled the list of words. Later in the day, I was called back to the meeting room to explain my word choices and the mouth shapes to my boss. After that, my work for the whole day is mostly focused on animated lips sync. I concentrated on animating the words "Ee". Once I make progress, I will ask another intern to evaluate my progress and make necessary adjustments based on their evaluation.
On Tuesday, I focused on studying the fundamental phoneme chart and explored typical words to determine their usage in the context of Malay. Additionally, I researched the workflow for animating dialogue on YouTube. During the same day, I was assigned an unexpected task which was assisting with a shooting proposal for a broadcasting station mascot, Ana Solehah. I had to wear the mascot costume and engage in shooting, which took place from 11 am to 1 pm. However, after the video submission was rejected, they're-shooting session from 2 pm to 3.30 pm. After finishing the shooting, I continue to finish my day with studying the workflow of animating dialogue.
Wednesday, I started my work with animating the mouth movements for letter A. Around before lunch, i was called into meeting room, inside the meeting room, they were talking and discussing about my upcoming task next month, which is that I need to learn and understand from other interns regarding how to rig a body, head and clothing since the interns will be completed from their internship by next two weeks. All I need to learn is from the interns manual guideline that they made before they left the company without any guidance from any experts from the company itself.

On Thursday, I received approval for the animated letter A, allowing me to dedicate the day to animating the letter E. Moving into Friday, my focus continued on phoneme charting for the letter E, addressing keyframes and key poses adjustments from the previous day. Additionally, I participated in a brief meeting outlining my tasks for the upcoming week. During this meeting, the supervisor entrusted me with responsibilities, considering that other interns working on 3D tasks would conclude their internships by the next week. Given this transition, I was assigned the task of learning how to rig models and clothing from departing interns, with a few weeks remaining for me to catch up and learn from their expertise.
