Don't be a Covidiot this Bank Holiday weekend

Don't be a Covidiot this Bank Holiday weekend.

As a community Nocton has pulled together to help those in need during the current crisis and worked hard to live responsibly and as normally as possible. Please, please, don't undo all this work while the measures stay in place when the sun is out and cause more deaths and longer-term disruption. Are you aware that although the level of reported cases across Lincolnshire is low - and we will all want to help keep it that way - it is still increasing.

Some reminders to keep us all safe over the Easter Weekend:

Do not use a public space (this includes the village green, Nocton Park green spaces and any streets or roads in the village) for any form of kickabout or sporting activity, or sunbathing, even if it is only with members of your family. This must take place in your own garden with other members of the household only.

If any member of your household has Covid-19 symptoms that means you MUST ALL self-isolate. You are not allowed to leave your home for any reason, whether symptomatic or not. Please get in touch with the Nocton Covid Response volunteer network via nocton.covid.response@gmail.com - it has been set up to protect you and others in these exact circumstances.

Above all, take care of yourselves and look after your friends and neighbours - why not call them today and ask how they are?

Please enjoy the sunny weekend as best as you can - with love from the Nocton Hub team 💚
