Remember: We all have setbacks. Don't get defeated. Keep trying different plans and techniques. It can be helpful to talk to others who have similar experiences and see what they have tried. Keep trying, keep planning, and stay patient. Small behaviors consistently done over time make big changes in your health!
WORKOUT OF THE WEEK:
This video will challenge your strength and balance with some yoga. Be patient with your self as you go. Balance can be crucial in preventing falls and accidents later in life. By doing strength training and balance training (including yoga), you will be less prone to falls and more likely to live independently longer in life.
